Now, lets understand why is it so hard to lose butt fat or belly fat. The science is simple: When the metabolic rate is lower than the calorie income, the fat percentage increases, and stuborn fat areas (belly, butt, thighs) suffer most. These areas are loaded with stuborn fat receptors and in fact this fat is most difficult to get rid of. Now don’t believe those who tell you about targeted fat loss in your butt or belly or thighs or whatsoever. The only thing you must do is to change the ratio – Metabolic rate / Calorie intake. More workout, less junk (posts 1 & 2).

These are the basics, but if you want to speed up the process and discover how to lose weight fast, there are few helpful tricks that might boost your efforts. A good example is drinking coffee before aerobics, proved to switch your calorie burning mode from muscle to fat. Another tip which works like miracle is splitting your workouts into smaller chunks. Believe it or not – two 15 min workouts will burn at least 30% more fat than a single 30 min workout.  Try and find yourself these are golden nuggets.

Now, you may ask where I know this stuff from. I haven’t mentioned yet that I used to have 30 pounds of excessive weight. I really didn’t feel attractive then. Fat has a cruel nature of dwelling in specific areas. Girls mostly have it around their thighs and butt, while guys main concern is the abdominal section. It is unbelievable how this stuff effects self-confidence.

I took the subject seriously and read lots of posts, made an indepth research, and eventually found scientifically proved methods (I must understand the science before I trust anything) which really worked. However, I couldn’t find any concentrated trusworthy source for the subject. Either I found scam methods such as pills and wierd diets or only part solutions.

Some time ago, when I visited a friend of mine, I saw a book discussing the subject. First, I was sure it was an ordinary basic manual for weight loss which doesn’t say anything new. But after I read it I was thrilled to find out that all the hardly collected but powerfull tips for a fast weight loss that eventually worked for me were explained clearly in this book. The only thing I felt sorry about is that I had to find these tups in a hard sweaty way. This book will be really crucial for those men who want to are trying to find out how to lose belly fat or women who are willing to lose butt fat. It is important to realize that there are no magic sit at home on the couch and do nothing solutions. However, if you stick to the guidlines presented clearly in this book, you are going to succeed faster and more effectively lose stuborn fat.

How to lose fat fast? – Diet tips

We are already making some progress with our mission to lose butt fat, but not only this area is going to “suffer” from a rapid fat loss, your legs, thighs won’t remain short. And you guys are going to lose belly fat too;)

Look, I want to make this clear – You don’t have to starve yourself. To achieve great results just focus on the following bulets, but don’t change your diet by more than 20-25%. I mean, cut the bad ones by 20% and add 20% of good ones. Believe me this little sacrifice will do wonders.

To lose butt fat altogether with your other stuborn body parts, you have to stick to these few simple rules:

Eat more:

  • Whole grains
  • Lean protein- cheaken breasts, eggs, fish
  • Asparagus
  • Water, water and more water
Avoid:
  • Refined flour products – White bread, cereals
  • Snacks
  • Fast food
  • Beef – Don’t cut but don’t overeat either
  • Soft drinks
  • “Healthy foods” – Only marketed as ones, actually contain high fat percentage. Examples: yogurt, dried fruit, muffins, granola.

As you can expect, to really dramatically lose body fat fast and for good, you must have  it counter attacked. I mean that the most effective way is to combine the workout I suggested in the previous post (only 10 min a day) with a slightly improved diet that I described here. However, to achieve a razor sharp focus on your fat loss (you don’t want to lose weight through muscle burn) you must do one more simple step. Curious, huh? I promise to post real soon about that.

Lose butt fat – A workout approach

I would like to share a workout approach which may really boost up your “Lose butt fat” campaign. It is also really effective to lose leg fat this way.

And here are the steps:

  1. Begin with legs together, bend at the knee. Sitting as far down as you can each time. Do 2 sets of 30 squats.
  2. Move your legs  apart. With your legs in ballet second position begin to squat again. Sitting as far down as you can each time. Do 2 sets of 30 squats.
  3. Begin with your feet together and take a long step forward. Step as far down as you can with your right leg  and bring your left leg to meet it. Continue to move across the room for 20 large steps and then turn around and move back to the other side of the room.
  4. Repeat steps 1, 2, and 3 one more time and rest.
Simple, effective and non-time consuming. These are standout exercises to lose weight. Good luck!
